The 8th Zhongshan Book Fair will be held from 19th to 23rd August. Themed on “happy reading and morality cultivation”, the book fair this year aims to make reading the new source of innovation and provide a grand reading feast for the citizens and readers. Therefore, there will be more reading space and more interesting interactive games will be added.
As culture is considered as the soul of a city, every city should own certain matching humanistic temperament. The book fair is of great significance to Zhongshan because it is full of function and effects of inheriting culture, carrying on civilization and making the urban culture card brighter and more influential.
Moreover, it is necessary to explore more extension functions in other cultural areas in order to hold the book fair in a persistent and sustainable way and to enrich both intension and extension of the urban culture with final double win.
