On November 28, the main line of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, or Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, was connected.

The construction of the Link is expected to be completed by 2024. By then, the traveling time from Zhongshan to Shenzhen will be cut from the current two hours to within 30 minutes.
