Currently, about 20% of Sinno's employees are key technical staff, and the e-management and production systems co-developed by its PhD team and technical workers run well within the company.

The job fair attracted 123 quality enterprises, offering over 3,600 jobs. Nearly 90% of the jobs offered a monthly salary exceeding 5,000 yuan, with the highest annual salary reaching 1 million yuan.
