Citizens can expose inappropriate tourist behaviors or poor service cases in culture and tourism venues including KTVs, Internet cafes, amusement parks, travel agencies, star-rated hotels, A-level scenic spots and etc by uploading the related pictures or videos to the platform. They are also encouraged to showcase tourists with good manners, good service provided by culture and tourism venues, and other model cases.
Every month, there will be opportunities to get a reward ranging from 10-100 yuan for reporting these behaviors and cases. Special rewards will also be given to citizens who actively participate in the event all year round.
