In order to contain the spread of the epidemic quickly and effectively, protect the health and safety of the public, upon the approval of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Zhongshan City, we hereby issue the following notice:

1. Avoid unnecessary gathering

Accurately implement level-based and category-based management and control measures, reduce the gathering of people, stop unnecessary gatherings and in principle do not hold large-scale mass activities.

In other towns and district of the city, karaoke, movie theaters, gymnasiums, indoor swimming pools, bars, bathing centers and other confined places are limited by 50% of the venue’s reception capacity; takeaway is encouraged in catering establishments, and the number of dine-in guests shall be no more than 50% of the reception capacity. Each private room shall hold no more than 10 people.

2. Strict traffic and travel control

The public are requested not to leave Zhongshan and Guangdong province unless necessary. Starting at 0:00 on July 23, 2021, passengers who leave Zhongshan via railways, highways, coach terminals and other transportation stations within Zhongshan (excluding transit passengers) must hold a green Yuekang Code and negative nucleic acid testing result within 48 hours. Passengers who have purchased car (ship) tickets before 0:00 on July 23 and are unable to depart on time because they fail to provide a negative nucleic acid testing result can apply for a refund or endorse the ticket for free.

Railways, highways, passenger terminals and other transportation stations should strengthen the guidance of personnel, avoid gathering of people, and carefully check the identity of passengers. All types of public transportation, taxis, and online car-hailing must strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and carry out personal protection measures of the staff; all types of public transportation must implement prevention and control measures such as body temperature check, and must ensure passengers to show green code before boarding, prohibit passengers with red and yellow code from boarding the vehicle.

3. Cooperate with nucleic acid testing

Starting from July 22, mass nucleic acid testing will be carried out throughout the city. The public is requested to pay close attention to relevant notices of the town, street, and village (neighborhood) committees where they are located, and cooperate with the nucleic acid testing in accordance with the guidelines of the on-site staff at the sampling site. If your health code is yellow or red, please report to the community (village), your company, the hotel you live, and do not go to the nucleic acid testing sites. Please show Yuekang code and itinerary during the test, wear a mask , keep a distance of more than 1 meter with others, and do not gather or talk with other people. 4. Ensure personal health

The public is requested to continue to enhance their awareness of health protection, do more exercise, keep frequent ventilation, wear masks, wash hands frequently, take body temperature, and maintain a social distance of more than 1 meter. Carry out self-health monitoring every day.

If you have fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased smell (taste), diarrhea and other uncomfortable symptoms, please go to the nearest fever clinics immediately and truthfully inform your epidemiological history. Wear a mask on your way to the clinic and avoid taking public transportation.
