The Zhongshan Commission Office of Urban Management on January 13 issued a notice announcing to cancel the 2021 Zhongshan Spring Festival Flower Fair.
The notice pointed out that in order to implement epidemic prevention and control measures on a regular basis, effectively avoid risks that may be brought about by group activities, and reduce the potential dangers of the epidemic, the 2021 Zhongshan Spring Festival Flower Fair will be canceled. Instead, temporary flower purchasing sites will be set up in each town and district, so that citizens can still purchase a variety of wonderful flowers nearby.
The opening period for each temporary purchasing site will be from February 1 to 11. The specific locations will be subject to the announcement of each town and district.
