The "Development of GaAs Series MOCVD Epitaxial Process Simulation System and Research on Equipment Technology Optimization" project is requested by Uniwatt, and the "Research and Application of Domestication Technology for Semi-submerged Propeller Propulsion Device of Coast Guard Ultra-high Speed Craft" project is requested by Jianglong Shipbuilding.
The applicants should be universities, scientific research institutions or new-type research and development institutions above the provincial level with good scientific integrity and social credit, strong R&D capabilities, research conditions and relevant technical teams. Each research team should consist of one leader and at least two core members, and the leader must have relevant working experience and research ability.
