The 2022 Zhongshan Rural Artisan and Chef Assessment Competition was held on November 13. In addition to the previously recognized horticulture and Cantonese cured meat processing specialist categories assessed last year, another three specialties - aquaculture, cooking and housekeeping - are added to further strengthen the building of rural professional teams in Zhongshan.

This was the first competition since Zhongshan began the assessment of the recently added categories.
