The Zhongshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention reminds you:

1. For those who have a travel history to Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, have trajectory overlaps with the confirmed cases, have a RED or YELLOW "Yue Kang Code" (粵康碼), or have been informed to be a close contact by disease control departments of other provinces (cities, counties or districts) through phone calls since January 27, please report to your communities, employers or the hotels you stay in immediately. Please also cooperate with nucleic acid testing, health monitoring and other health management measures.

2. Zhongshan has made some adjustments on health management. For those who returned and came to Zhongshan from Debao County, Baise City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region since January 27, please implement home-based quarantine for 14 days; and those from other areas of Baise City, please go through "3-day home-based health monitoring + 11-day self-health monitoring". Related persons are required to report to your communities, employers or the hotels you stay in immediately and cooperate with nucleic acid testing, health monitoring and other health management measures.

3. Shenzhen City added 2 medium-risk areas. People returning (coming) to Zhongshan from No.4 Shisi Alley and No.4 Shiwu Alley of Xia New Village, Luozu Community, Shiyan Sub-district, Bao'an District since January 24 are required to go through home-based quarantine for 14 days.

4. All people returning (coming) to Zhongshan from other places are advised to take a nucleic acid test before departure and travel with a proof of 48-hour negative test result.

5. A nucleic acid test will be provided to everyone of those returning (coming) to Zhongshan from other places before March 15 free of charge.

6. All residents are encouraged to strengthen self-health monitoring. In the case of fever, dry cough, fatigue, hyposmia, stuffy or running nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, muscular pain, diarrhoea and other symptoms related to COVID-19, please go to the nearest fever clinic immediately and accurately report your epidemiological history. Wear a mask all the way and avoid using public transportation!
