Construction began on the Zhongshan Jiangjia Wisdom Valley, an industrial park renovation project, on December 19. It is expected that after reaching design capacity, The annual output value of the industrial park will reach 400 million yuan, 43 times as much as before.
The Zhongshan Jiangjia Wisdom Valley is situated at Haojiang Road, Torch Development Zone. It will be renovated from the former factory buildings of Miyasaka Fuji (Zhongshan) Co, covering a land area of 29 mu.
Some 220 million yuan will be invested to build four new high-standard factory buildings to establish a new-gen intelligent industrial park that integrates product research and development, office work, testing, production and assembly, and warehousing. Upon completion, the total construction area of the project will be approximately 70,000 square meters.
The Zhongshan Jiangjia Wisdom Valley will focus on such industries as new-generation information technology and intelligent equipment manufacturing, undertake the spillover of strategic emerging industries, and strive to become a hub of innovation and achievement transformation for the new-generation information technology sector in Zhongshan.
