Two documents issued by Zhongshan's Tsuihang New District, namely the Tsuihang New District Incubation System Special Fund Management Measures of Zhongshan City (Exposure Draft) and the Tsuihang New District Scientific and Technological Innovation and Development Supporting Funds Measures of Zhongshan City (Exposure Draft), are soliciting opinions from the public on the listed rewards and subsidies.

The Tsuihang New District Scientific and Technological Innovation and Development Supporting Funds Measures of Zhongshan City (Exposure Draft) include seven chapters and 24 articles, providing great support for enterprise innovation. The measures cover projects funded by scientific and technological authorities of municipal, provincial, and national levels (including provincial and national natural science funds). Projects funded by different levels can receive additional funding from Tsuihang New District with a maximum amount of 50% (2 million yuan), 80% (5 million yuan), or 100% (10 million yuan) of their original funding respectively.

According to Tsuihang New District Incubation System Special Fund Management Measures of Zhongshan City (Exposure Draft), newly recognized national maker spaces, Guangdong pilot maker spaces, and municipal maker spaces will be subsidized with a one-time allotment of 500,000 yuan, 250,000 yuan, and 100,000 yuan respectively; newly recognized national, provincial and municipal incubator can receive a one-time subsidy of 3 million yuan, 1 million yuan or 0.2 million respectively. In principle, the annual total amount of special funds received by one organization according to the measures shall not exceed 3 million yuan.
