In the evening, Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center held the first Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Online Shopping Festival cum the Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage Promotion Conference. A total of 14 ICH projects and 30 products participated in the sale, attracting 257,000 viewers.
At the conference, almond cake experts showed their cake-making skills, and the Pandon-leaf wrapped rice dumplings experts demonstrated the techniques of wrapping and creating Chinese traditional rice dumplings.
