Deputy Municipal Party Secretary and Major Chen Liangxian chaired an executive meeting of the municipal government on Aug. 28. The meeting examined the Work Plan to Promote New Energy Vehicles in Zhongshan (2015 - 2017). Chen Liangxian emphasized the goal to turn Zhongshan into a national model city in using new energy vehicles. According to the plan, 360 new energy buses and 200 taxis will be used in Zhongshan.
