"Why Guzhen? Because of its reputation as the 'Lighting Capital' in the world," said Zhou Lihua, general manager of MTC LUX, a lighting company that grew bigger in Shenzhen MTC Co's headquarters park in Longgang District, Shenzhen. It will be relocated to Zhongshan's Guzhen Town.
Founded in 2005, Shenzhen MTC Co is a listed company that grew up in Shenzhen and now operates in seven sectors. In the lighting sector, Shenzhen MTC Co's business has covered the full industry chain, and it mainly engages in home lighting, outdoor lighting and commercial lighting manufacturing in Guzhen.
In the MTC lighting industrial park in Guzhen, there are production lines for new COB strip lights. It is a new area for MTC LUX, with a market size of over 10 billion yuan. Production lines for other traditional lights will be put into use soon.
"Guzhen is known as 'The Lighting Capital' worldwide, and it has complete support for the lighting industry," said Zhou. MTC LUX will operate more efficiently after its relocation to Guzhen and bring new elements to the industry.
