Guzhen established a special office for for key projects to land in the town on March 3. Known as the Lighting Capital of the World, Guzhen is currently home to 37 new key projects. The special office will handle all subsequent procudures of project landing for investment enterprises that have provide basic information.
The office is located in the office area of the Guzhen Urban Management, Housing and Urban-rural Development and Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, with two experienced full-time staff to run errands for key projects throughout the whole process; other personnel, although part-time, are available on demand at any time.
The office is responsible for not only key industrial projects and industrial reform projects but also major people's livelihood projects in Guzhen. In addition to handling all kinds of project approval and construction application procedures, they also coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that new projects can be up and running as soon as possible.
