On the afternoon of February 27, Torch Development Zone launched an initiative granting "anti-epidemic loans" to help enterprises.
Chen Tao, director of the Technology and Finance Service Center in Torch Development Zone, said that the "anti-epidemic loan" policy covers a wide range of large, medium, small, and micro enterprises from the industrial, service, accommodation, catering, wholesale, retail, and other sectors.
According to reports, Torch Development Zone will invest 300 million yuan in financial funds, cooperate with over 10 banks, and leverage 5 billion yuan of bank capital to help enterprises resume work and production.
On that day, the Zhangjiabian Sub-branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Torch Development Zone Sub-branch of Industrial Bank, and the Torch Development Zone Sub-branch of China Everbright Bank held bank lending ceremonies and signed loan contracts with ZPR Printing and Packaging Group, LENS Home, and Zhongshan Wei Yi Precision Machinery Co Ltd respectively. The first three "anti-epidemic loans" totaled 40 million yuan.
