Limu Fushan Basic Electronic Component Production and Research Base, the first joint industrial park renovation project between Shenzhen and Zhongshan enterprises located in Sanjiao Town, broke ground on May 31.
Covering an area of 28.67 mu, the project will be independently renovated by Fushan Precision Electroplating (Zhongshan) Co. Three hundred million yuan will be invested in the construction of 3 high-standard industrial plants with a total floor area of 67,000 square meters.
After the renovation, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 560 million yuan and annual tax revenues of 22.5 million yuan, and create 650 jobs.
The project will bring together enterprises engaged in the R&D of electronic components of intelligent terminals, integrated circuits and other products, metal surface treatment and heat treatment, to build a sustainable, green, environmental and recycling industrial demonstration zone.
