Zhongshan Torch Public Assets Management Group and China Development Bank Guangdong Branch (CDB Guangdong) entered into a cooperative agreement on development finance on January 17.
During the "14th Five-year" period, the two sides will cooperate in various projects with a total financing amount of 10 billion yuan, with focus on new-type urbanization in Torch Development Zone, the development of the Minzhong area, the construction of optoelectronic, intelligent equipment and pharmaceutical industry carriers, water supply and drainage, and other fields.
Established in March 1999, CDB Guangdong focuses on supporting a large number of key projects in such fields as infrastructure (transportation, energy, water conservancy, etc), sci-tech innovation and advanced manufacturing, new-type urbanization, poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
Zhongshan Torch Public Assets Management Group is a solely state-owned enterprise established by the Administrative Committee of Torch Development Zone. It is responsible for the coordinated management of state-owned enterprises and the operation of public assets in Torch Development Zone, the allocation of resources, park development and management, equity investment management, and other industrial sectors.
