Phase 2 of Huaye Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, one of the eleventh batch of industrial park renovation projects in Torch Development Zone, started construction on August 23. This project includes the contruction of the Huaye Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Building, with a construction area of about 24,000 square meters. The total investment stood at 80 million yuan.
Huaye Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is located on Hongye Road, Torch Development Zone, covering a total land area of about 25 mu. Phase 1 of the park includes a 4-story factory building and a 6-story dormitory building.
According to Yuan Yaohua, project director of Huaye Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, the park will be built into an advanced equipment manufacturing industrial park for such sectors as machinery, electronics and environmental protection. It will provide world-renowned manufacturers with high-end auxiliary products including elevators, new energy vehicles, AI and others.
The estimated annual output value of the project will be 298 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be 200 million yuan.
