The first phase of the Zhongtengda Industrial Park in South District was topped out on October 23.

The project is located in the Shuchong Industrial Park, with a land area of nearly 50 mu and a total investment of 245 million yuan. It is estimated to achieve an annual output value of 300 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of up to 10 million yuan.

Two enterprises in Shenzhen have confirmed intention to settle in the park, while some local enterprises will carry out their production expansion projects here as well.
