Zebra Pharmaceutical (Zhongshan) Co held the commencement ceremony for its R&D center lab project on March 8.
Located in the Zhongshan Life Science Park in Cuiheng New District, Zebra is engaged in innovative drug development, drug screening, technical services and technology export. The R&D center lab, covering a total area of over 1,600 square meters, will feature exhibition areas, academician studios, molecular biology resources and screening laboratories, and other facilities. The construction is expected to be completed in the first half of this year.
After years of research and development, Zebra has obtained multiple technical patents for small-molecule new drugs against hemorrhagic stroke, severe septicemia and etc, and has won numerous awards in biomedical competitions at home and abroad. "We aim to unique product pipelines for first-in-class drug development, aiming to grow into a first-class innovative pharmaceutical company in the globe," says Wen Xiaoyan, founder and chairman of Zebra.
