An industrial innovation resource matchmaking event between Shenzhen and Zhongshan was held in Zhongshan on December 20 and saw fruitful results.

Twenty-two Shenzhen-Zhongshan technology cooperation projects were inked at the event. Among them, Zhongshan Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Shenzhen. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in such areas as innovation and entrepreneurship, talent training, scientific research, and technology transfer.

Projects were also signed between Bauhinia Variegata Ink & Chemicals (Zhongshan) Limited and Shenzhen Research Institute of the City University of Hong Kong, Guangdong Kinding Optical Technology Co and Shenzhen University, Zhongshan Institute of Changchun University of Science and Technology and Shenzhen's Chotest Technology Inc, covering new-type organic conductive materials, intelligent molding equipment for optical parts, high-end biometric identification chips for smart door locks, metal agile manufacturing and 3D printing, and other fields.
