A Zhongshan delegation headed to Zhejiang Province for investment promotion on August 1. It signed a cooperative agreement with Sanhua Holding Group on investment increase, concluded an all-round cooperation framework agreement with Alibaba Group on local instant e-commerce, and called on Li Shufu, chairman of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.
Earlier on January 17, Sanhua Holding reached an agreement with Zhongshan to invest 3 billion yuan in building a manufacturing base for thermal management parts of new energy vehicles. The company will make an extra investment of approximately 2 billion yuan in intelligent manufacturing to expand its South China headquarters base.
The Zhongshan delegation then visited Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and called on Li Shufu, also a well-known private entrepreneur. The two sides exchanged views on the promotion of new energy vehicle project cooperation, the pilot electric transformation of urban public vehicles and other issues.
That night, the Zhongshan delegation arrived at Alibaba's Xixi Park. After in-depth exchanges, the two sides reached a consensus on jointly building a local instant e-commerce platform and signed a cooperation framework agreement.
