Zhongshan-made COVID-19 detection kits exported to Nepal

Some 15,000 COVID-19 antigen detection kits made in Zhongshan were transported to Tibet recently and exported to Nepal for epidemic prevention and control. These detection kits, produced by Zhongshan Bio-tech Co Ltd, were ordered by Nepal's central government and valued at 42,150 US dollars.
Zhongshan Bio-tech Co Ltd is a high-tech enterprise which produces and sells in vitro diagnostic products. It had developed COVID-19 IgG/IgM antibody detection kits in February 2020 and obtained the export permission in July 2020. The company in 2020 exported a total of 79,800 COVID-19 detection kits mainly to Japan, Indonesia, Ukraine, Spain, Bulgaria and Romania.
