During the same period, the trade volume between Zhongshan and the countries along the "Belt and Road" reached 57.07 billion yuan, increasing by 6.3% from the previous year.

In 2019, Zhongshan exported 139.78 billion yuan of mechanical and electrical products, increasing by 6%, which accounts for 72.5% of the total export value of Zhongshan during the same period.
