The 24th China (Guzhen) International Lighting Fair (GILF), with the theme "Origin of Lighting Serves 6 Billion People Worldwide", opened on October 22 at Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.

According to the organizer, the fair will gather more than 2,000 exhibitors in 8 venues, including the main venue in Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, as well as sub-venues in Lihe Lighting Expo Center, Huayi Plaza, Star Alliance Global Brand Lighting Center, Lighting Era Center, Besun Lighting Plaza, Huayu Plaza and China International Streetlight City. The total exhibition area is as large as 1.5 million square meters.

The main venue showcases decorative lights, smart lighting, home lighting, commercial lighting, outdoor lighting, special lamps, machinery, raw materials, components and other products and services. A total of 819 companies are participating in the fair. Famous exhibitors include: SUN-GOD Lighting, Dark Energy, Lvming Optoeletronics, Gonis Lighting, Chuanglite Lighting, Zhongyi Lighting, ZFE Lighting, Zengge Technology, Weipai Streetlamps and others.

During the opening ceremony, the "China Lighting 100 Universities Design Alliance" was officially inaugurated, and a number of companies were awarded the "2019 Guzhen Lighting Origin Identification Qualification."

This five-day event features more than 20 high-end forums and live streaming by industry experts.

In addition to the on-site exhibitions, GILF also focuses on online displays. Up to 30,000 select products from more than 2,800 lighting enterprises at home and abroad are exhibited and sold on website Denggle.com, where consumers can "visit GILF" online.
