The three key projects in Cuiheng New District with the investment of 6 billion yuan--the utility tunnel and synchronous construction in the north section of Cuicheng Road, the EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) of Linhai Sci-tech New City (phase II), and the EPC of the extended section of Hengsi Road, held a ground-breaking ceremony on June 6th.
The utility tunnel is the first project of its kind in Zhongshan, which has been incorporated in the artery network and is the artery linking south and north in Cuiheng New District. The Linhai Sci-tech New City project is dedicated to providing a shared platform for conferences, training, experiments, R&D, financing, etc. for mini-, small-, and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises so that they can operate at a lower cost and have more communication and training opportunities. The project will be completed in 2020 and is the first green and ecological business park in Cuiheng New District.
