Zhongshan Municipal People’s Government, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), Coventry University, and Mansum Corp. held a meeting yesterday morning and reached an agreement of co-running a college in Zhongshan. A secondary college of GDUFS and Coventry will be established as a no separate legal entity in Mansum Sci-tech Information Industrial Park of Sanjiao Town, which marks a substantial step of building a high-level college in Zhongshan. Coventry Design Institute which was founded in 1843 merged with other schools in 1970 into Coventry University. It is of top level in arts design, industrial product design in particular, and its automobile engineering and automobile design even rank as No. 1 in Britain and No. 3 in the world.
