Lihe Plaza, located on Zhongshan No.3 Road, is a key fire safety unit in Zhongshan. Its fire monitoring center works as the "brain" for high-rise fire prevention. In order to ensure timely prevention of any fires, Zhongshan has comprehensively promoted the construction of mini fire stations and smart fire prevention and control systems for commercial complexes since 2016. At present, all 72 major large-scale commercial complexes in Zhongshan have set up mini fire stations, and each of them has built their own fire prevention and control systems to achieve a "5-minute fire-fighting circle".

The established mini fire stations in these commercial complexes are equipped with firefighting equipment, volunteer firefighters, control room watchmen, etc. They also regularly carry out fire prevention inspections, fire-fighting drills, public fire safety campaigns and so on.
